RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased from our website for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase via Happy Returns, unless item is marked Final Sale. Please note, all international purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are eligible for store credit only.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked final sale are nonrefundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For the holiday season, we have an extended return window, purchases made from the 16th of October can be exchanged/returned up to the 30th of January.

EXCHANGE: We offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please start your return to view exchange options for your merchandise. Once you have selected your items and submitted your exchange, you will be provided a return label to ship your items back to us.

RETURN: You can choose to be refunded back to your original payment method or by a store gift card. Once you have selected which you prefer and have submitted your return, you will be provided a return shipping label. Upon carrier scan, your refund will begin ( Mail in Returns will be charged with a processing fee) 

If you return products through mailing, we will charge a $7 restocking fee. If you would like to get a free return you may do so through a happy returns bar by dropping off the product. 

 

Please read the policy and check that your return is within the 30-day return window. We only accept returns within 30 days of purchase for U.S Orders or Canada. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We offer free shipping on exchanges.
Please note, carolehochman.com does not cover the expense of your original shipping and handling.

PROCESSING TIME: Depending upon how you ship your package and from where you ship your package back to us, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for all credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS : We take pride in the high quality of our products, if you feel there is a quality issue with your garment after wash or wear within 30 days of purchase, please reach out to customer service directly to return or exchange the garment(s) to express your concerns. We would love to have the opportunity to correct the issue and inspect the garment to improve our quality for the future.


PRICE ADJUSTMENT: We will offer a one-time price adjustment in the form of a gift card within 7 days of purchase on items purchased at full price.
